Looking for people wordlwide with visa/master card

I am loooking for people with master card/visa worldwide for instant
top up from US merchants. Payments come instant as a refund from the
shopping.
Prepaid/vccs/debit/credit cards are good for job. But it works selctive,
not with all cards.
I have a list of working bins that work now: India, Saudi Arabia, Germany,
Slovenia, Asutralia.
Cards that are not in list, i do instants tests for 50$ to see if them work.
Looking for honest partners longterm.
