Scammer or legit??

The site looks like a scam. Just asking around just in case tho. Also RDP has bogus dumps now too. I invested $500 and didn't get one piece that was still live. Ebin.cc I thought was a good site but I bought 4 cvv for 130 and they denied me of refunds. Joker stash is the only site I hear about actually being legit and good deals. If anybody has better sites for dumps with pin and cc's please reply.
