Do public freebies work if someone else has used them?
What I mean is, can I use public freebies posted 2-3 days ago?

Of course they don't work. You need to use them as soon as they get posted.

I'm pretty sure you have never had a debit or credit card.
When someone post one CC on the freebies, a lot of people try to use it at once, some people succeed, many others don't. Who succeed? The very first ones.
When you try to use a CC or DC many times, between very short period of times, the bank antifraud systems get into action and block the card for suspicious activities.

So, in short words, no, a 2-3 days old CC won't work at all. Any CC dies between 1 to 3 minutes after they were posted.
