Newbie carding question

Hello all!

I was recently given a Samsung Galaxy S6 and the previous owner hadn't cleared everything out. They are still logged on on Amazon and I was looking around and they have two cards registered that they use and I was wondering what kind of options I might have as far as possibly using them but obviously most important how I would do it if possible without being traced back to me. As far as I can tell there's obviously no way for me to get the full information they have saved on there like the entire credit card numbers and such but thought maybe there be a way to use it to my advantage somehow. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
