New: Ways to cash out CCs?

was wondering, isn't there a way to cash out with CCs directly? Instead of buying stuff and selling it at a discounted rate?

if anyone could lead me in the right direction would appropriate it.

In my opinion amazon is one of the harder sites to card. There are ways I prefer lesser known gift card sites... They are everywhere.
