I have very few questions.
Firstly I’m new to online cc.
I’m trying to order online. Amazon / online in general but my cards keep getting declined
I’m using a vpn (ipvanish) in the area of victim
I have a MAC address changer (I choose “random MAC address”)

*should I put the Mac addy in the location of victim ?

** Is socks 5 still necessary?

I was not using good emails though so I am yet to try an email registered in victim name (could this be a major issue?)

I paid a phone bill with cc and it processed, (could also just be low balance card)

Is tor necessary?

What else am I missing / should I do?

I don’t want to keep using numbers if I’m doing something wrong.
