Why would anyone sell cc numbers?

I’m new to all this and I’m very curious about why anyone would sell their dumps for less money than the dumps contain. If anyone could answer my question it would be greatly appreciated :)

Idk i think they want to keep low profile that's why they sells most of there cards

Most vendors claim they also card right? A lot live in small towns in small countries and cannot process that many cards within their group, so they sell the rest. Pretty simple if you think about it

Maybe they live in the wrong place on the planet? The sort of place that will get your own CC rejected from almost any website....
