because its not against the law to talk with no objective.

we can talk all day about how to rob a bank...we cant talk all day about how you and i specifically are going to rob a specific bank.

one is information and the other is intent...alot of these sites do cross a legal line but its so minimal in return for effort that they dont bother or they lurk and watch for things to track and bust.

Like you see Joe post here a credit card dump. First, are they real? are they already public? who is joe? what did joe gain? can it be proven joe did damage to the cardholder? etc etc.

It just isnt worth the money and time and publicity black eye to thwart every bottom rung non-confrontational criminal while possibly also trampling on civil rights, entrapment and blowing cover.

These sites are here and people have their reasons and their fun....none of them are big enough to blip a serious investigation and it serves as evidence and a database for law enforcement too.

they want the ones doing damage where their costs are worth it. its not here or any clearnet. and if given a choice between a thousand carders and a couple kiddie porn sickos, guess where theyd go?

now this is the dumbest question I saw..why is this site active? why you create account if you consider it should not be? refering to darkweb, take in consideration some of the ones from there are not as safe as "clear net" ones..
